Trim Carpenter

Victory Construction FL is seeking an experienced trim and finish carpenter to fill a full time position within our full service construction and remodeling company.

Job Description
We are a full service kitchen and bath company. We provide renovations from design to completion and have our hands in every aspect of the trade. Most projects are from demolition to completely finished, mostly all in house. We are not looking for a handy man but rather a professional tradesman. Applicant must work well with others and not be lazy. Must have a presentable outward appearance and able to carry themselves in a professional manner. Most importantly, applicants must be willing to take direction.

Our client base is middle to upper class and there are reasonable expectations of high quality finished products. We service Martin County, Palm Beach County and St. Lucie county. Some travel will be involved.

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years of experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have basic tools.
Must be punctual, easy going, even tempered and friendly.
Must be able to work well with others and contribute as part of a team or as an individual.
Must be well practiced in framing, metal and wood.
Must be able to hand drywall
Must be able to install all types of molding
Must be able to install kitchen cabinetry
Experience in tile installation a plus but not a necessity.

Compensation
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour
